Refracted

Refracted by Aby Hazes

It was a one-way mirror
Silhouette and form unaligned
The same face staring back
But a reflection unknown and defied
The looking glass that reeled millions of words
Whispers of unacceptance unatoned
One of them disclosed with rue
I wish I could see myself like they see you
